Please email me at shirley.black@hrteaparty.com if you will be able to assist.  Also, if you emailed Tom Thornton when you got this for the first time, please send me an email letting me know you will be there.  Tom will be going out of town and is trying to get someone to fill in for him.  I don't know who it will be yet.

What:  Handing out Hampton Roads Tea Party flyers at the Neptune Festival

Time/Date:  3:00-5:00pm, 25 SEPTEMBER 2010.

Where: Virginia Beach Ocean Front, Dairy Queen sign at 17th and Atlantic, this is the 17th street stage area.

What to wear: HRTP T-shirt/9/12 Rally shirt/9-12 Project Tea Shirt, etc.   If you don't have one of the above shirts look for those who are wearing one and check in with them so they know you are with the group.
